T. Vassilczenko, V. I. Grubov (Editor-in-Chief), I. A. Linczevsky and S. Yu. Lipshitz. The ongoing English translation undertaken by Oxford & IBH Publishing Co. Pvt. Ltd with Mr. P. M. Rao as Translator, Dr. Gurcharan Singh as Technical Editor and Ms. Margaret Majithia as General Editor.
